Laboratory achieves highest standard of service by assigning responsibilities to qualified & trained staff by complying to the National & international standards, laboratory renders reliable, timely, & accurate service. The management is committed towards impartiality, confidentiality & integrity and at all functional levels. Continual improvement is achieved by meeting the targeted objectives, requirements of ISO/IEC 17025-2017, customer requirements & regulatory requirements.

To have minimum 90% success in Quality Assurance programs.
Customer satisfaction surveys would be carried out once in a year, analyzed, reviewed for total customer satisfaction of not less than 80%.
Over a period of 3 years Lab will expand its accreditation scope based on customer requirement.
